BIO

Prolific Norwegian actress of stage (Nationaltheatret), screen, and television, who earned a favourable reputation due to her versatility and endurance. Equally skilled in comedy and vaudeville as in dramatic roles, Holmen scored successes in productions such as "Röd snø" (TV, 1985). She has frequently appeared opposite Hege Schøyen (stage) and Sverre Anker Ousdal (stage and screen).
