Review
This film, co-directed and overproduced,
is far more enigmatic than it can logically carry. Halle Berry stars as
the star psychiatrist who, accused of murdering her husband, are being
put in psychiatric care herself and have to act as her own investigator.
Clever, some might say, but most of all messy. Robert Downey's character
is kept secretive for no other reason than the plot's wish, and the same
can be said for the essence of the mystery. Halle Berry is energetic but
not much more as the film takes its time to get to a fairly conventional
finale.
