Review
Thinner? Are we talking
about the plot? This film is based on the Stephen King novel "The Curse" (released
under his alias Richard Bachmann), and is thematically dubious and
riddled with stereotypes. It's also a formulaic mess – lightweight and
humorous without ever being funny – as well as severely lacking in
production values. One of several bad King adaptations from the the '80s
and '90s.
