Trevor Howard
ACTOR FILMOGRAPHY (ONLY REVIEWED ENTRIES)
Aritstocratic, often authoritarian British lead and character player, rooted in the theatre who gained worldwide attention after his impressive debut in David Lean's hugely successful Brief Encounter in 1945. He was equally apt at pulling off the suave British gentleman as he was playing the aggressive, brutal type, the latter which he did to perfection with his interpretation of Captain William Bligh opposite Marlon Brando's Fletcher Christian in Mutiny on the Bounty (1962).
