Kris Kristofferson
ACTOR FILMOGRAPHY (REVIEWED ENTRIES ONLY)
Kris Kristofferson started out as a country singer and songwriter in the late 1960s, before quickly moving into movies and peaking in stardom during the 1970s. With his ripped body, mild demeanor, wavy hair and often bearded face, he helped define the 70s masculinity. He gave the perhaps finest of his early performances in Martin Scorsese's Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore. In later years, he has been effective in roles such as Charlie Wade in John Sayles' cricitally acclaimed Lone Star, and as Dr. Thomas Becker in the Adrien Brody mystery The Jacket.
