BIO

The fragile, tender-voiced and beautiful Mary Steenburgen is Hollywood's version of Kate Bush. Incidentally, she broke through at about the same time, and with the same bravura as the British singer, through her fine Oscar-winning performance in Melvin and Howard (1980). She's versatile and prolific, and has been married to one of Britain's most popular psychos (Malcolm McDowell) and one of America's most popular bartenders (Ted Danson). She has two children with the former.
